The royal hotel is perfect for a quick business trip, especially with the comfy king size bed n good size tv. The river view from my ground floor room was a nice touch too. Parking was available even tho a bit tight, and the price was very reasonable being near london. Didn't try the food but the bar seemed cool and lively.

The large windows allowed natural light to fill the space, and the comfy bed ensured a restful night’s sleep. The serene sound of the river combined with the beautiful view made my experience lovely. the provided database was remarkably easy to navigate and offered a wealth of useful information about the area.
this did not significantly impact my overall experience, as the room's comfort and setup far outweighed this small issue.

The room was a great size and very clean.
The cups on the tea tray were sticky and needed re-washing.

The view from the room overlooking the river was good, and the room size was adequate for our needs. The check-in process was frustrating, with staff arguing rather than assisting. There was a persistent odor of cannabis in the hallway that detracted from our experience. As a family, we were disappointed in the lack of responsible management when it came to noise outside our window during the night, impacting our comfort and safety.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially chilling by the lovely garden area and grabbing a drink at the cozy bar. The room was nice, but it got a bit too warm at times and there were some loud guests late at night. Though, I'd recommend it for a relaxed getaway! 😊
